Teardown Do’s and Dont’s
Please do not start dismantling your booth display before 5PM.
Please do remember to cleanly remove any self-applied vinyl lettering, wallpaper etc.
Please do remember to remove any hardware installed on the exhibition walls.
Please do remember to check in with your shipper (BTX, R&S or AHC) and receive any applicable paperwork.
Please do remember to use trash stickers to mark any items for trash.
Trash and Donations
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
All trash must be clearly labeled with TRASH stickers before leaving. Please acquire TRASH stickers from your section leader or at the exhibitor services desk onsite. All trash should be kept to a minimum and should not include large items such as furniture.
Kindly note Shoppe Object does not have a donation pile for unwanted items. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to remove any donation items from the building and donate goods independently. All unlabeled items left in your booth after 11PM on Tuesday, February 3 will be assumed as trash and discarded. You may be charged a $125 per item fee for leaving large items like furniture and display.
