Deadlines / Important Dates
June 2, 2026: Balance of Booth Payment due in Full
IMPORTANT: You will not receive your booth number, be activated on Shoppe Online, or have access to the show floor or your booth space until your account is paid in full
In the month of June: Email Notification of Booth #, excluding Kiosks and Nourish. By this time, endcaps, booth wall heights, and Floor # will also be confirmed. Note: this does not include placement of Kiosks and Nourish, which will be announced closer to the show date
June 15, 2026: Paint Form Due and Wall Order Form Due - this is the last day to order additional walls/ request a custom booth build out
June 17, 2026: Marketing image submissions due. Submit HERE.
July 9, 2026: Insurance - your COI - is due (Email to operations@shoppeobject.com) Click HERE for more information. Please read the instructions carefully and submit the correct information by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
July 14, 2026: Exhibitor Employee Registration due. Click HERE to submit.
July 14, 2026: Last date to order fixtures and power
July 15, 2026: Shoppe Online goes live
July 21, 2026: BTX Advanced Freight deadline - Shipments received after Tuesday, July 21 may incur an after-deadline penalty

9AM – 11PM - Exhibitor registration and setup (please note that no load in may take place between 9AM - 5PM, only set up within the booth space)
5PM – 11PM - Exhibitor hand carry
SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, 2026
9AM – 8PM - Exhibitor registration and setup and hand carry
Kindly note that Kiosk and Nourish exhibitors are not able to check in until Saturday, August 1. No kiosk stands will be set up prior to this time.
All exhibitors are required to complete setup by Saturday, August 1 at 8PM.
There is a hard stop at 8PM. Should you need extra time beyond our setup days, you will have access to the venue at 7AM on Sunday, August 2. Take note that doors will open for attendees at 9AM.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, 2026
7AM: Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 6PM: Show open
MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2026
8AM: Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 6PM: Show open
TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026
8AM: Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 5PM: Show open
5PM – 11PM: Empty crate return and exhibitor tear down & load out
Exhibitors are not permitted to begin breakdown until 5PM.
No early breakdown is allowed. Penalties will incur if exhibitors begin to break down before 5PM.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2026
5PM - FedEx/UPS deadline
All FedEx/UPS packages must be picked up by 5PM
No freight may be left at the venue, other than FedEx and UPS pick ups (please see the shipping section for additional information on these pick ups). These items should be removed from the booth and left in the designated area (determined onsite).
