Walls & Paint

The deadline to order additional walls, request a custom booth build out, and/or order booth painting is December 11, 2025. Late requests will not be accepted.

Only island booths and certain in-line booths may order additional walls to create custom displays. Island booths should never use walls to create walled perimeters to their spaces.

All walls come pre-painted white prior to exhibitor arrival. Exhibitors may not paint their walls themselves. 

Those interested in custom color wall paint, may purchase painting through Shoppe Object using the form below. The booth will be painted prior to your arrival. Pricing includes the cost of the paint, labor and materials to paint the booth as well as to refurbish the walls post-show.

All paint must be ordered in a Sherwin Williams color code and a matte/flat finish only. Custom paint is $50 per linear foot if ordered before December 11. Any post-deadline paint requests will be $75 per linear foot and subject to approval. Please submit a post deadline paint request by emailing operations@shoppeobject.com. All pre-deadline paint submissions must go through the paint form below.

Lighting

The deadline to order all fixtures and power for your space is January 20, 2026. Late requests will not be accepted.

All booths will come with overhead aluminum truss and track lighting. Lights are LED and comparable to a 90 watt halogen flood. Lights are Par38 and have a color temperature of 3000k. Spots and narrow floods are available upon request. Exhibitors may not use their own exhibition lighting. You may purchase additional lighting within your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. If you are unable to locate your contract link, please email sales@shoppeobject.com.

Booths will come with 1 light per 4' wide panel. For example, a 4'x8' booth will come with 4 lights. Shoppe Kiosks will come with 2 lights. For non-standard booths, please email operations@shoppeobject.com to inquire about your lighting package.


Power

Booths do not come with a power source. You may purchase a power source (15amps and comparable to a home outlet) within your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. Most power sources purchased come in the form of electric dropped cords which will be located in the lower corner of your booth. Electrical drop cords are taped to the wall and painted white to blend in seamlessly with the walls. Should you require a larger power source, please email operations@shoppeobject.com

Please note: Shoppe Object electric dropped cords are designed for American fixtures. If you are bringing an internationally designed fixture, you may require a plug adapter and possibly a converter, as our outlets are designed for American fixtures.


Rigging

Exhibitors may hang items from the truss with the approval of the production company. Please email operations@shoppeobject.com with any rigging requests. Please include descriptions with weights.


Fixtures Available to Rent

The deadline to order all fixtures and power for your space is January 20, 2026. Late requests will not be accepted.

The following fixtures are available for rent. This would be in addition to any fixtures ordered with your contract. Please note that the deadline to order any fixtures is January 20, 2026. Advanced ordering will close on January 20 and additional orders can be purchased onsite at an increased rate (via credit card only, no exceptions) at the Exhibitor Services Desk and subject to availability. Certain fixtures will incur an onsite fee if ordered after January 20. Onsite pricing is listed below. 

Onsite orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.

No refunds will be given for fixtures not utilized so please plan and order accordingly.

You may purchase fixtures through your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. If you are unable to locate your contract link, please email sales@shoppeobject.com

Please note: All fixtures (tables, chairs, shelving, etc.) whether rented or exhibitor’s own must be entirely contained within the booth dimensions. NO EXCEPTIONS.

GHOST CHAIR
Clear molded polycarbonate: $20 per chair, $30 per chair onsite

CLOTHING RACK
White metal garment rack measuring 71"W x 66" H: $150 per rack, $250 per rack onsite

SHELVING UNITS*
Black powder coated metal unit with two opaque white plexi shelves.

Fixtures Upon Arrival

If upon arrival at your booth during setup you find that your space or fixtures are incorrect, or if you would like to add or subtract fixtures, please visit the Exhibitor Service Desk located at the front entrance. Please do not take fixtures from a neighboring booth to use as your own.
