International Shipping & Customs

For exhibitors shipping internationally, we recommend contacting Phoenix International, an international freight forwarding service that will guide you through the process of shipping your products to Shoppe Object.

IMPORTANT: Phoenix International cannot ship directly to the venue. All shipments must be sent to BTX or Art Handler Collective (AHC), who will handle final delivery to the venue.

Shoppe Object is not liable for completing customs paperwork on behalf of international shipments. 

Additionally, Shoppe Object is legally unable to provide Starrett-Lehigh’s Tax ID.

International exhibitors are advised to work with customs brokers to coordinate clearance. Please contact Phoenix International for further assistance.
