IMPORTANT: Please note that the BTX Global Warehouse address has changed. Please read the BTX section below for more information.

Shipping Definitions:

Freight — freight means any large items that are crated or palletized

Small Packages — small packages are individual boxes or packages that you would typically ship via FedEx or UPS

Hand Carried Items — hand carried items are items that you would typically bring with you to the show via car, truck or taxi, to unload yourself

 
 

Shipping Carrier Options

You have three options for your crated and/or palletized items, all of which must be shipped in advance to one of the options below.

Please note that all crated and palletized freight must be shipped in advance to BTX, AHC or WEL GROUP. We are unable to accept freight onsite at any time from any other carrier.

Freight Elevator Information

Please ensure your freight fits within these dimensions before shipping your product, to avoid complications onsite. If your freight/crate does not fit, you must use Art Handler Collective (AHC).

  • Width: 95”

  • Height: 107”

  • Depth: 89.5”

  • Capacity: 7,500 lbs

Freight Elevator Door Dimensions:

  • Width: 94”

  • Height: 98”

  • Depth: 89”

Dock Height:

  • Ground to dock: 43”

  • Dock to ceiling: 85”- 96”

Corridor Dimensions:

  • 3rd Floor Corridor: 66” wide x 92” high

  • 4th Floor Corridor: 60” wide x 90” high

Advanced Freight with BTX Global

BTX Global is one of the official carriers of Shoppe Object. We have a longstanding relationship with the team and can confidently recommend BTX as a solid choice for shipping your product to and from the event.

Please note that there are many benefits to shipping with BTX:

  • BTX will confirm by email once the shipment is received, giving you peace of mind knowing that your shipment has arrived and will be delivered to the show.

  • If tracking information is provided to BTX, they will track and advise if they see any delays or issues.

  • You will receive higher visibility if shipments are received short or damaged.

  • Multiple shipments will be consolidated for delivery to your booth.

  • Packages will be placed in your booth and kept together.

  • You can save time by not having to try to locate packages at the show site.

IMPORTANT: BTX is relocating their warehouse. The new warehouse address and updated forms will be available soon. DO NOT send your shipments to the old BTX warehouse address.

Your packages MUST arrive at the BTX Global warehouse on or between 1/5/27 – 1/26/27

The last day they will be accepted at the BTX Global warehouse is 1/26/27. All items will be brought to the venue, placed in your booth, and be ready for you on setup day.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Regular freight: Shipments received after Tuesday 1/26/27 may incur an after-deadline penalty fee.

  • Small packages: Shipments received after Tuesday 1/26/27 will be assessed at the freight drayage rate (updated pricing to come).

  • Shipments received after 1/26/27 will be subject to spot quote

Small Packages

You may use FedEx/UPS for SMALL PACKAGES ONLY

  • FedEx & UPS may deliver small packages only Thursday, February 4 and Friday, February 5 between 9AM- 5PM only.  Deliveries from those carriers outside of those times, or consisting of very large freight will be refused.

Any packages that arrive at the show site outside of these times (via a carrier other than BTX, AHC, or WEL GROUP) will be refused by the venue.
